An Indian-origin man killed his daughter and mother-in-law before committing suicide in New York.
Bhupinder Singh, 57, shot his 14-year-old daughter Jasleen Kaur and his mother-in-law Manjeet Kaur in their home. The Castleton village resident committed suicide after killing them.
Bhupinder also tried to kill his wife Rashpal Kaur. She luckily escaped with a minor bullet injury in her arm.
Singh owned a store selling beverages in the nearby town and had been charged with rape in 2016, but was acquitted after his trial the next year.
